
Matthew Roetcisoender, CPA, CVA
Matthew Roetcisoender earned his Master of Professional Accountancy from Central Washington University in 2010. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), bringing over 16 years of public accounting experience to individuals, families, and businesses.
Matt is committed to providing knowledgeable, personalized accounting, tax, and advisory services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether assisting with tax planning, business consulting, financial reporting, or business valuations, he is dedicated to helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
A lifelong member of the community, Matt values building lasting relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors crabbing, boating, and hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest. He and his wife are proud parents of three active daughters who keep them busy with sports and a variety of extracurricular activities. Giving back to the community where he was raised and helping local families and businesses succeed are among Matt’s greatest priorities.

Mark Roetcisoender
Mark Roetcisoender earned his Business Degree from the University of Washington in 1977, with a concentration in Accounting. He was also recognized with Phi Beta Kappa honors for academic excellence. With nearly 50 years of public accounting experience, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the clients he serves.
As a lifelong resident of Skagit County, Mark values building strong, lasting relationships with his clients and being an active member of the community. He is committed to providing trusted guidance and personalized service to individuals and businesses alike.
Outside of the office, Mark enjoys crabbing, fishing, boating, attending UW Husky games, and spending time with family and friends.
